The collection consists of a four page deed from Cornelius S. S. (L. L.?) Leary to Ebenezer Strahan concerning land situate in Baltimore, Maryland. Strahan was the progenitor of the Athens, Georgia, family, this his association expands the interest in this document. It is dated 26 March 1853.
